Original painting by Artist Maria Bernier. She grew up in Anchor Point Alaska and has always been an artist.  Her surroundings  have been her inspiration from Anchor River to Kachemak Bay, to spruce trees, to a single blooming fireweed. It all needs to be painted. Maria focuses on color and shape to portray a certain feeling, primarily working in water based oils.
